What is Naruto Ultimate Ninja Impact?

The fighting video game series Naruto: Ultimate Ninja, also known in Japan as the Naruto: Narutimate Series (Japanese: NARUTO, Hepburn: Naruto: Narutimetto Shirzu), is based on the well-known manga and anime series Naruto by Masashi Kishimoto.

It was created by CyberConnect2, and Bandai and later Bandai Namco Games published it. For the PlayStation 2, the initial game debuted in 2003.

Four additional releases for the console and five spinoffs for the PlayStation Portable then followed. The long-running Storm sub-series was launched by the PlayStation 3 sequel Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm, which was the first to have three-dimensional fighting.

Despite initially being a PlayStation family of systems-only series, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 for the Xbox 360 and Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst for Windows have made the series available on Xbox and PC platforms. The Nintendo Switch has also received the most recent releases. As of December 2019, the Naruto: Ultimate Ninja series had sold over 20 million copies worldwide.
